How to Persist and Subsist in The Rat Race with Optimism

People always ask me why and how am so optimistic about life, but I always reply them laconically – I’m being propelled by the positive energy. We are all in the rat race, but it takes courage to be optimistic in the face of daunting adversity. All birds will seek shelter when it’s raining, but eagle will evade rain by soaring higher above the sky; we all have the same problems, but how we deal with those problems are different.

When you think the tide of life is up on your neck, don’t cringe, just be courageous to be resilient. Start dealing with those adversity by calming the rumbling wave of life and keeping the tide down by maintaining positive mindsets and cultivating positive thoughts. Start the paradigm shift by practicing gratitude, start giving thanks for all the good things in your life from the smallest to the biggest; gratitude is the best attitude.

If you practice gratitude, you will be happy and admit that you don’t have all the problems in the world. Being optimistic is the best way to view life, so much to be an optimist – who see opportunity in every inconvenient situation, than a pessimist who see danger in all opportunity. Living as an optimist can only be practice with positive mindset, and you must channel your psychic energy towards the positive creative energy of the universe.

At times, there may be hindrance that will disturb your signal in connection with the positive creative energy, but you must be courageous, as it is your duty to keep focusing your mind on the positive energy, or better still transform that hindrance (negative energy) into positive energy, and if you are able to do that, you have mastered the art of living; and you will always experience a wonderful fulfilled life.
