  1. Accept those things you can’t change. If you have the courage and want to change them; do it.
  2. Let go of those people who are holding you down or back; you already know who they are.
  3. Blast your favorite music, sing at the top of your lungs and dance along.
  4. Go for a run, a nice long run. Run until you feel good, you will be tired enough that the feelings will seem less major.
  5. Call someone you love, just hearing their voice can make your day better.
  6. Smile at a stranger, it will make both of you smile.
  7. Send an anonymous compliment to peoples in your life.
  8. Write down everything you don’t like about yourself on a piece of paper, rip it into pieces and burn it.
  9. Watch your favorite movie or read your favorite book.
  10. Realize that you are your own biggest critic. People can never see the flaws in you as you see yourself. Realize that they are neither flaws nor imperfections; they make you, you.
  11. Always be glad and grateful with your life, no matter what your situation may be; remember you don’t have all the problems in world.
